An LRK (outrunner) brushless motor for R/C aircraft up to 5.0 kg powered by 10-16 cells or 3-5S LiPo; suitable for cabin models, scale models, aerobatic models and gliders - this motor can easily replace .60 two-stroke engines or .90 four stroke engines. No gearbox is required because of the high torque of this motor type.

All Scorpion 3032 motors have the normal 3 ball bearings to support the rotating housing, and an extra ring bearing to support the back end of the rotor - this prevents any flexing under load - maintains the air gap between the stator and magnets under all operating conditions.

This is one gutsy motor - capable of very high amps and great power output up to 1200W!

The S30 series of motors from Scorpion all have 30mm diameter stators - there are 12 stator arms and 14 magnets in the rotor housing. The stator is 32mm long in this 3032 version. The motor wind is a 8 turn delta wind with 27 strand 0.21mm wire.
