An LRK (outrunner) brushless motor for R/C aircraft up to 12.0 kg powered by 12-18 cells or 4-6S LiPo; suitable for cabin models, scale models, aerobatic models and gliders - this motor can easily replace .120 four stroke engines. No gearbox is required because of the high torque of this motor type.

All Scorpion 4035 series are built around 16mm x 8mm bearings to be able to handle higher prop loads.

This is one gutsy motor - capable of high amps and great power output up to 2400W!

The S40 series of motors from Scorpion all have 40mm diameter stators - there are 12 stator arms and 10 magnets in the rotor housing. The stator is 35mm long in this 4035 version. The motor wind is a 14 turn delta wind with 20 strand 0.25mm wire.
