Carbon fibre has many uses in constructing and strengthening our model aircraft. It can be obtained as tow (strips of carbon material that can be wetted with resin and applied to a structure), as woven cloth and as pe-formed shapes in rods or sticks that are already rigid and can be built in to a structure.
