- ASC- strengthens and modifies the strength of the signal - reduces it at short range and amplifies it at long range.

- APDR - or digital post processing. Digital technology is applied to signal filtering to replace an invalid signal with the previous valid one (similar to PCM). Servo jittering is greatly reduced. If interference persists, the receiver switches off the servo signals completely until a new valid signal is received. That describes APD, but Schulze goes further and installs APDR - the R stands for signal restoration. It can generate either the actual transmitted signal, or a signal close to the original signal, if a glitch is received (say, by an electric motor).

- ATSS - checks that the correct number of channels are recieved - detects whether the transmitter employs positive or negative shift - adjusts accordingly - you can use this Schulze receiver with any brand of transmitter.
